Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at store@shibui-interiors.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about your specific item, please contact us before returning.

The quickest way to get what you need is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason—no justification required. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
